Unfiltered and without stabilization.
From the small vineyard in Traganes, on the unexplored side of Nemea, with the ground full of cobbles. The plants have hardened, both from the rugged soil and from the complete lack of any fertilization for at least 14 years.
Overripe vintage of Agiorgitiko, very low acreage yield from stumps over 30 years old. Solid red, aromas of red forest fruits, caramel, nuts, pepper and chocolate. On the palate excellent concentration (indicating low yields) and wonderful balance. Mouth full, exuberant with sculpted tannins that do not perceive the increased alcohol. Long aftertaste that with the rest of the data indicates several years of life

TASTY COMBINATIONS: braised, red meats, BBQ, cold cuts, spicy, yellow cheeses.
