Created from the Pinot Noir variety, grown in the coolest part of the Estate. For its vinification, pre-fermentation is extracted at 6oC for one week and classic red vinification is followed. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, it is led to oak French barrels, where the malolactic fermentation takes place and remains for aging for 12 months. Its color is purple, while on the nose the aromas of red fruits with emphasis on cherry and berry, are combined with aromas of spices and vanilla. In the mouth it is pleasant, with velvety tannins, good acidity and long aftertaste. A wine that can be consumed immediately, but also within the next 5 years from its birth.
