Aging for 16 months in new French oak barrels.

It has a dense black and red color and aromas of red fruits, plum and stone cherry, which alternate harmoniously with notes of cedar, spices, vanilla, bitter chocolate and nutmeg.

In the mouth it is rich, with generous strong tannins, very good structure and intensely fruity and long aftertaste.

AGING POTENTIAL: 15 years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: grilled and cooked meats with spicy sauces, beef noua and fatty cheeses.
