It is the result of the combination of two excellent varieties, Assyrtiko and Semillon (variety of Bordeaux), which are planted in the warmest and barren part of the vineyard of the Estate, on the slopes of Mount Paggaios. It has a bright yellow color with light green highlights.
Its nose is elegant, expressive, with aromas of apricot and honey coexisting with notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Accompanies large grilled fish, risotto with seafood, sushi, duck or turkey stuffed, rich cheese souffle.
