Maturation for 5 months in oak barrels.

Classic Burgundian method. The first stage of fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and then poured into barrels where the fermentation is completed. The wine remains in the barrels for 4-5 months and matures together with its fine mud.

Particularly rich with a large aromatic and tasty composition, where the roasted aromas of oak are contrasted with the varied aromas reminiscent of apricot, nectarine and pineapple.

TASTY COMBINATIONS: Large fatty fish eg grouper with grilled vegetables, salmon celery and lobster.
