This 100% sherry is made from Palomino grapes planted on a 600 acre estate on the outskirts of Jerez, in the "Jerez Superior" area. Palomino is the most traditional of all varieties and has been used for centuries. Today it is the undisputed leader in the Jerez region and, given its compatibility with albariza soil, local climate and techniques developed by growers.
