Agiorgitiko, Syrah, Mavrofilero
Each variety participates by 1/3 in the wine. Agiorgitiko in acacia barrels, Syrah matures in its wine sludges in a stainless steel tank and Mavrofilero in clay amphorae together with its skin for 4 months.
The color is bright, fine, the ultimate coral with highlights of red gold. The nose is dominated by red fruits, cherries, strawberries, a trace of lemon, citrus, grapefruit, white flowers, honey, a little violet and an idea of minerality.
The mouth is full of nerve and acidity, oily, cool, complex, multi-layered (acacia, clay, sweet vanilla, metal, structure) while the mouth aromas faithfully follow those of the nose with the predominant presence of sweet lemon and citrus. The aftertaste has duration and complexity.
