Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short extraction and short maturation on fine wine lees. Screw cap. Black cherries, blackberries, plums, dried herbs, medium body, crunchy and elegant.

The color is bright violet of medium intensity with a rose hue. The nose is lively and intense with aromas of black cherries and raspberries with hints of plum, menexe and dried herbs. The mouth is of medium body with moderate acidity and soft, round tannins - all in harmony. The aftertaste is of moderate intensity with an anise seed finish.
