Irini aged 18 months in French medium-burning oak barrels previously used for Vinsanto maturation.

It has a deep lemon color with golden highlights. Full body, with great concentration.

Silky sensation in the mouth, framed by perfectly integrated acidity.

Flavors of ripe lemon, lemon tart, orange peel and dried flowers, followed by notes of dried apricot, spices and butter.

Ideally accompanies grilled fatty fish, seafood barley, white meat.
