A light pressure is applied to achieve maximum delicacy and aroma.
After a transfusion, the fermentation takes place at a low temperature.
Bottling is done shortly after harvest and after successive transfusions.
Store in stainless steel bins until bottling.
This is a very pleasant aperitif, light pink in color, with a rose aroma.
Accompanies white sauces, fish, smoked salmon, souffle.
