A compact and ultra-refined Chardonnay, for which it is worth waiting to evolve into the bottle.
Harvest at night, when the grapes are at optimal ripeness.
After fermentation, the finished wine remains with its sludge for 6 months.


Golden yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), honey and wax on a discreet background of baked bread.
In the mouth greasy and round, with a feeling of sweetness and characteristic freshness in the aftertaste.


Accompanies grilled fish, shellfish, pasta and a wide range of fatty cheeses.

Can be aged 5-6 years from the harvest.
