The black sheep has a bright color with intense green-yellow highlights. The rich aromatic palette of Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas such as grapefruit, citrus and freshly cut grass blend harmoniously with the green apple and honey from the Semillon variety. The maturation with battonage and Sauvignon Blanc give us this elegant mouth and the presence of Semillon the crunchy acidity and the aromas of citrus. Metallic aftertaste, reflecting the Mediterranean terroir in wine. It is pleasantly drunk for the next 2-3 years after the harvest. Served at 8-10oC, accompanying seafood, white lean meats, green salads with light dressing, oily Mediterranean cuisine and pasta with subtle sauces.
