The favorite variety of the Attic vineyard, Savvatiano, from a unique vineyard in the Attica Mountains, in a wonderful skin contact expression. Low acreage yield and stay with the marcs for 10 days, in order to acquire a golden color and structure.

Add minimal sulfite during bottling only.

White lemon and lime flowers on the nose, with dry-fruited elements.

The palate is in perfect balance, with the acidity giving nerve and intensity and the tannins being soft at the end.
