From old dry vineyards in the place of Voila of Sitia at an altitude of almost 600 meters and yields of 700 kg. It is a wine that, although from Crete, one of the warmest inter-climates, stands out for its high natural acidity and mineral character.

Golden yellow color and delicate notes of fruit such as apple, lemon blossom and the wild herbs of the area. The mouth is full of pleasant acidity and long aftertaste.
