Aging Possibility: 1-2 years Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright white-yellow color. Particularly floral profile, aromas of citrus and citrus. Pleasant and soft in the mouth, with crisp acidity. Combination with food: Excellent accompaniment for colorful salads, pasta with white sauce, chicken lemonade and baked fish. Served at 12oC.
