Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels

Ripe cherries, plums and aromas of red fruits (blueberries, currants) coexist on a background of slightly smoky oak coming from the barrel where it remained for a year. Notes of vanilla and mint. In the mouth soft, oily, voluminous with present velvety tannins and with a long aftertaste.

AGING POTENTIAL: 15-20 years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: Grilled and casserole meats, ribs, minced fillets, wild poultry and ripe yellow cheeses.
