Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as white wine. It has an intense straw yellow color. Its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with exceptional durability. Its taste is dry, velvety and especially well orchestrated for its full body. Combines with fish soups, grilled seafood and various dishes based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. This wine is wonderful with pasta noodles with squid ink and crayfish sauce.
Anton Jermann left his homeland Austria in 1881 to become a winemaker in Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northern Italy. Today the area of 130 acres is dedicated mainly to white varieties from which excellent wines come. This Pinot Grigio has been in production since 1974, the year Silvio Jermann took over.
