Aging for 18 months in oak barrels.

Bottled without filtering.

Intense red color with bright reflections. Aromas of red forest fruits, dark chocolate, smoke and minerality. Mouth strong with strong tannins and long aftertaste.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10-15 years.

TASTY COMBINATIONS: red meats with spices, casseroles with sauces as well as yellow cheeses of great maturity.
