
Grappa Tignanello comes from the distillation of Cabernet and Sangiovese grape marc from the Tignanello vineyard of the homonymous estate in the heart of Chianti Classico. The fermented grapes are transferred to the distillery immediately after emptying the tanks and then pressed. This process guarantees that the distillation is done only with the best peels, rich in alcohol and mainly in aromatic substances. Then a very careful selection of the various "lots" of grappa is made, ensuring that only the most balanced and the most aromatic are selected.
Nose: Flowery and spicy. Fruit notes such as raisins and plums. Pastry aromas on the back.
Taste: A unique spicy texture. Cabernet and Sangiovese give fruity flavors mainly of plum and some floral notes complete a full body.
Aftertaste: Dry, light and oily. The taste of raisins is followed by notes of cocoa.
Serving: At a temperature of 10-15 ° C.
