Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

It has a bright deep purple color and a complex bouquet of spices and ripe black fruits, such as plum, cherry. In the mouth the gentle tannins are supported by plenty of fruit, creating an impression of strength and balance. Shows a long aftertaste with repeated spices.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10+ years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: Pork, grilled red meats, various poultry in the oven, hunting with red sauces, ripe cheeses.
