Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

The combination of the two varieties is carried out in oak tanks of Burgundy 40 hL. The common extraction gives the wine a solid color, soft taste and rich aromatic character. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in the same tanks and then matures in French oak barrels. It is an elegant wine, which combines intensely varied aromas, but at the same time a delicious wealth of aging wines.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10-15 years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: Winged game, poultry cooked with wine sauce, red and white grilled meats.
