Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

After the extraction and completion of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in special oak tanks of Burgundy, the wine is aged in oak French barrels. It has a bright deep purple color, a complex bouquet of spices with ripe black fruits (raspberry), raisins, coffee and cocoa.

In the mouth, gentle tannins are supported by plenty of fruit, creating strength and balance. Its aftertaste is constant with repetition of spices.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10-15 years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: Red casserole with spicy sauces, hairy game.
