Vineyard: Tautavel.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and until the must goes for alcoholic fermentation all the processes are carried out in a carbon dioxide environment. The wine remains with the wine sludge for several weeks before bottling.

Features: Light pink color with gray highlights. Elegant aroma of red fruits with a predominant cherry that blends nicely with the cocoa notes. Cool and enjoyable.

Combines with: Oysters, shellfish, Mediterranean salads, baked fish, Asian cuisine, sushi but also as an aperitif.

Serve at: 10-12 ° C.

Aging: It is drunk now but also for the next 2 years from the vintage.
