Gentilini Robola Wild Paths White 750ml

This is a Robola of complex creation that we expect to be loved.

And it is a complex creation as grapes are selected from a specific old vineyard and involved in the preparation of "wild" but also selected pastries as well as French as well as American barrels.

The result is a wine with a pale lemon color and green highlights. The aromas of citrus, lemon, apple and grapefruit are noticeable while the short passage of a small amount of the 2 types of barrel gives a subtle aroma of toasted bread.

Mouth with oiliness, slight minerality and rounded lemony acidity. Pleasant aftertaste, long lasting and aromatic.
