Rapsani premium from old vines 60+ years old is produced from very small acreage yields and after an extremely strict selection of fruit. Aromatic complexity on the nose with herbs, frankincense and vivid red fruit. Wine of dense structure and excellent finesse that will compensate for further aging.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10-15 years

TASTY COMBINATIONS: cold cuts, sausages, rich and tasty cheeses, pasta with red, spicy sauces.
