Aromas of vanilla, honey note and baked agave and flavors of ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine.

In 1995, renowned artist Ron Cooper decided to create Del Maguey. Its purpose was to innovate and market the first traditional 100% organic Mezcal.

He established close relations with the inhabitants of the historic villages of Oaxaca, Mexico, Del Maguey and with their help he created a series of signature mezcals, which are characterized by the village in which they are produced.
