An impressive Chardonnay from the village of Chassagne-Montrachet in the Cote-de Beaune valley in the heart of Burgundy by a house famous for the area famous for its intricate and expressive wines.
The grapes are grown in vineyards with south and southeast orientation, having at their western borders the protection of the Central Massif mountain range. The wine matured for 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels where more than 10% is new and then 2-3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting: Bright golden yellow color with green highlights. On the nose an intense floral bouquet with aromas of acacia, honeysuckle, louiza and hazelnut in combination with aromas and a feeling of toasted bread and butter.
Accompanies: Ideal with appetizers, fish and white meats with white sauces.
