Crystalline, bright with pale yellow color, with slightly greenish highlights.
Nose intense and rich, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus, passion fruit and with a sweet melon hue at the end.
In the mouth it is very full, smooth, oily, with excellent balance-coolness and finesse.
Vivid aftertaste that contributes to the long shelf life of the perfumes.
Harmony:
It accompanies a wide variety of seafood, raw or steamed shellfish, pasta with creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, sushi, Asian cuisine and a very wide variety of grilled fish.
